If you want to better your health from the comfort of your own home, Telehealth is the perfect option for you. With advances in technology, this can still be an intimate, personal, and private experience and offers the same holistic benefits of traditional counseling, only with more convenience.
Walk & Talk
From forest bathing to collaborating with you during your lunch break, I offer a wide range of in-person services. This option is especially good if you prefer talking when walking, running, or hiking or if you need help overcoming specific phobias or environment-specific aspects of trauma.
Health & Wellness
I will draw upon my knowledge and training in positive psychology, motivational theories, and health and wellness coaching; you will draw upon your own expertise, strengths, and inner wisdom. Together, we will get you permanently living a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life.
